Bridal appointments are booked for 90 minutes.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WEBSTER AND MANCHESTER LOCATIONS?

Both of our locations are similar in size and number of dresses, but we do have a different selection of wedding dresses at each store. We recommend choosing which store to shop at based on the convenience of the location and/or wanting to try on dresses from a specific designer. We encourage brides to choose one store and if they haven’t found their dream dress at their first visit, to then give the other location a try! WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Panties are a must to maintain sanitary standards! We encourage our brides to allow us to help change in and out of dresses. Please feel free to bring whatever undergarments allow you to be comfortable with that. For some girls that is as little as panties, others like to have a strapless bra and/or shape wear. We do not keep bras in stock, so please bring a strapless bra with you if you would like to wear one during your fitting. We do keep some shoes on hand to try on for length measurements, but if you know what height you’d like to wear on your wedding day it can’t hurt to bring your own shoes.

We love when our brides bring in photos of dresses that they like! We encourage our brides to create a Pinterest board with our dresses on it that you would like to try on. This allows us to get you into the fitting room and trying on dresses quickly to allow more time to try on more dresses!

The most important thing to bring is an open mind and excitement to find your wedding dress! We can’t wait to help you find your dream dress!

HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We suggest bringing only your closest, most supportive family and friends to your appointment. In our experience, we have found that brides can easily get overwhelmed by too many opinions. If our largest seating area is available, we can accommodate up to 6 guests in addition to the bride. We will do our best to accommodate additional guests.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

While we love children, we know a 90-minute appointment can be difficult for them. This can be a distraction for you and your guests and make it difficult to enjoy the moment of finding your bridal gown. Also, while we attempt to make Heart to Heart Bridal as safe and comfortable as possible, the reality of working in a bridal salon means lots of loose pins, needles and other small objects that can become safety hazards. If childcare is not available and a little one must come to the appointment, we ask that they remain seated or in the lap of an adult during the appointment for their own safety and as a courtesy to the other brides shopping for their dream dress.

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR WEDDING DRESSES?

Our wedding dresses range in price from $748-$2,398 with a majority falling between $1,200-$1,500. We also have clearance dresses available for brides on tighter budgets. Visit our Pinterest Board to view our current clearance dresses.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

Alterations are available for full price wedding dresses purchased at our Manchester location. They are done Monday through Friday, during store hours, by appointment only. Please allow eight to ten weeks for alterations.

WHERE DO WE PARK?

At Heart to Heart Bridal in Manchester, we have our own parking lot. Our parking lot can accommodate eight vehicles. One of parking spaces is handicapped accessible. It is recommended that large groups carpool.

CAN WE BRING CHAMPAGNE?

Due to NYS liquor laws, we cannot serve or allow any alcohol to be served in our store.

CAN WE BRING SNACKS?

We kindly ask that no food or drinks are brought into the store. Water is OK and we can provide mini water bottles if necessary!

DO WE NEED TO REMOVE OUR SHOES?

We ask that shoes are removed when it is raining, snowing, or generally wet, salty or muddy outside. We try to keep our store as clean as possible to keep our dresses and our brides dresses as clean as possible. We have slippers available. Please feel free to bring your own slippers!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER A WEDDING DRESS?

The easiest answer is that it varies. Dresses can be in stock and ready to ship from the designers warehouse and arrive in a few days or you could need a customization and that could take 6 months. Most dresses take on average 4-5 months to order. We recommend ordering a wedding dress at least 8 months before your wedding so you have time to take advantage of all options, have some buffer time, and have time for alterations. We are happy to help brides on shorter timelines too!

WHEN SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY WEDDING DRESS?

Whenever you are ready to purchase your dress! For some brides that is 2 years before their wedding. For others it’s a few months before. Either way, it’s best to not shop and try on dresses before you are financially and emotionally ready to commit to a dress. Styles change frequently and dresses sell of the rack and get discontinued so you always want to be prepared to find the one!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our business and our manufacturers policies, we do not allow returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
